Mr. Weaver is the managing member of CC Weaver & Associates. He practices in all areas of civil law and misdemeanor criminal defense. Mr. Weaver emphasizes in the areas of business transactional law, civil rights litigation, real estate law, family law, estate planning, employment law, personal injury claims, and DUI defense. Additionally, Mr. Weaver provides advice and assistance to common interest development community associations, including counsel for general corporate and governance matters, and assistance in the interpretation and enforcement of restrictive covenants that apply to the associations.
A graduate of the University of Idaho, Mr. Weaver received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 2009. Mr. Weaver also received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Public Relations from the same institution. Mr. Weaver graduated magna cum laude near the top of his class and served as the president and executive director of various organizations while pursuing his undergraduate degree. In addition, in 2004 Mr. Weaver was named the Outstanding Business Student of the Year by the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma honor society, the business equivalent to Phi Beta Kappa for liberal arts and science graduates, and received the University of Idaho Alumni Award for Excellence.
Prior to entering law school, Mr. Weaver served as the Director of Marketing for an international travel company based out of El Dorado Hills, California, and also gained international experience working as a Program Director in Mexico and Canada for World Pass Travel Group & ISTours.
As a trial lawyer, Mr. Weaver has a successful track-record and has also helped facilitate favorable settlements for his clients. During law school, Mr. Weaver gained substantial experience as a legal intern for Paine Hamblen, LLP, based out of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and Beck & Poorman, LLC, based out of Hayden, Idaho. In addition, as a third year law student Mr. Weaver served as a member of the University of Idaho Legal Aid Clinic and successfully argued a case before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, California, and obtained a favorable settlement for a client in the Federal District Court of Idaho. As a legal intern, Mr. Weaver also obtained several favorable rulings from the bench in state district court.
Upon completion of his law degree, Mr. Weaver returned to Northern California and founded American Dream Management, LLC, a California limited liability company providing various management services. He continues to serve as CEO of that company.
In addition, Mr. Weaver is a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, and the Free & Accepted Masons of California.
Mr. Weaver is licensed to practice in California & Idaho.
